1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to multiple international destinations, including countries within the European Union and selected countries worldwide.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


3. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination:

  • Spain: 5–10 business days

  • European Union: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated times, not guaranteed delivery dates.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Order size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • The customer is responsible for any additional customs charges.


7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Postal or courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

We may need to charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will review the case and offer a suitable solution in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
